UDHAMPUR, Aug 19: Udhampur Police today attached movable property of a habitual bovine smuggler.
According to Police, a Mahindra Bolero Pick-Up vehicle, bearing registration number JK21C-4107, valued Rs 10 lakhs and belonging to Arun Kumar son of Rash Paul, resident of Ramgarh, Samba, was attached under Section 107(5) BNSS by the order of Court of District Mobile Magistrate Traffic, Udhampur.
The said vehicle was involved in case FIR No. 234/2025 U/S 223 BNS & 11 PCA Act of PS Udhampur. During the investigation, detailed inquiry was conducted from multiple aspects. As per the obtained criminal record and financial investigation, it was revealed that the vehicle was acquired through illegally earned money. Accordingly, it has been attached under the relevant provisions of law.
