JAMMU, Sept 23: A VDC member today allegedly shot himself in drunken condition with his 303 Rifle.
According to the police sources, the victim has been identified as Kulwant Singh son of Shiv Ram, resident of Kouri. He was rushed to Primary Health Centre Kouri from where he was later referred to District Hospital, Reasi for further treatment.
A case in this connection was registered at police station Reasi and investigations started.
