JAMMU, Nov 12: The Varshik (yearly) hawan was performed on the occasion of Kartik Purnima at Shree Shree Jagat Amba Sharika Chakreshwar Sanstha Paloura Doke here, today.
A large number of devotees thronged the Darbar of Mata to participate in the religious function and pay obeisance to the Goddess. The Hawan started yesterday evening and Puranahuti was performed this afternoon which was followed by serving of prashad to the devotees. Elaborate arrangements were made by the Sanstha for devotees on the occasion.
