REASI, Nov 19: A Shri Mata Vaishno Devi pilgrim died under mysterious circumstances in Katra, a police official said.
The deceased has been identified as Pradeep Ashok Shah (70), son of Ashok Shah of Sholapur Maharashtra.
The pilgrim fell unconscious while travelling in an auto along with his family friends from Naudevi towards Katra. He was rushed to CHC Katra for medical treatment, where doctor declared him as brought dead.
The dead body of the deceased has been shifted to mortuary room CHC Katra.
In this regard, cognizance has been taken by Katra Police.
