JAMMU, Dec 17: National Conference (NC) candidate for Jammu East and MLA Bimla Luthra today reiterated that upgrading civic amenities, stepping up development and improving utility services of the constituency shall remain priority for her during the next six years.
She said that Jammu East has potential to grow as a vibrant constituency and every step will be taken to harness its potential by channelizing the development in proper direction.
Luthra said the most required power and drinking water supply will get focussed attention while there is need for further improving the utility services.
Those who were present on the occasion were Mohd Ayub Malik, Peter, Jugal Mahajan, Waris Gill, Kuldeep Ghai, Rajesh Kohli, Veena Oberia, Agya Kour, Manveer Kour, Saroj Gupta, Urmila and others.
