It is a matter of grave concern that many illegal and unrecognized off-campus study centres of State universities are running in our State under the nose of State Government. Many students unaware of this fact fall prey to these study centres as they pend heavy amount to complete their degree from these study centres, better known as shops of education. But when these students apply for State Govt jobs then State Govt refuse to accept their degree. Now big question arises : why State Govt is not taking strict legal action against these fake study centres. It is the ethical, legal, and moral duty of our School Education Minister and Higher Education Minister to take concrete steps to frame a policy to save ignorant students from clutches of these racket of fake study centre and High Court should also has to take cognizance of the matter.
