United Sikh Council for J&K reconstituted

JAMMU, June 17: United Sikh Council, J&K has been reconstituted under the chairmanship of Kuldeep Singh.
In a meeting of the members held here today under the presidium of Kuldeep Singh and Atinder Pal Singh (Ex-MP) the house adopted a resolution  for the re-constitution of the United Sikh Council. The seven members inducted are – Kuldeep Singh Chairman, Makhan Singh, Balbir Singh, Manjit Singh, Amarjit Singh, Ajit Pal Singh  and Manjit Singh Junior. The women representatives in the Council will inducted later.
It was also resolved that Ajit Pal Singh will be spokesman of the presidium, Mohinder Singh Khalsa general secretary, Harbhajan Singh- treasurer while Gurmeet Kour advocate will head Legal Cell of the presidium. The Council also decided   to observe  Kalu Kara Diwas on June 4 every year in the memory of Jasjit Singh.
