UDHAMPUR, Oct 21: An undertrial in District Jail Udhampur today attempted suicide by consuming glass of electric bulb.
He was rushed to District Hospital Udhampur where doctors referred him to Government Medical College Hospital Jammu in view of his critical condition.
The undertrial was identified as Pawan Kumar, who was facing charges of murder under section 302 of CrPC.
