POONCH, Dec 26: United Masters Association (UMA) deputation met Director School Education and apprised her about various demands.
The deputation demanded transparency in transfer policy, release of grants in time for salary, redressal of mid day meals problems, streamlining the examination system in the department and fulfilling the shortage of staff in primary, middle and high schools.
Director gave a patient hearing to their demands and assured them to take appropriate decisions at appropriate time in these matters.
Zulfikar Ali Mir, president, All Masters Association, district Poonch, who headed the deputation was accompanied by Abhay Sudan, Qadir Ahmed, Sajad Ahmed, Jagjeet Singh, Chander Mohan, Jameel Mir, Ghulam Ahmed and Javed Choudhary.
