SRINAGAR : Ahead of voting for Baramulla Lok Sabha seat in Kashmir, militants today attacked a CRPF camp in Sopore town, falling under the constituency, wounding three jawans.
The militants fired at the CRPF camp, located near the SBI building in Sopore town, at around 8.15 p m resulting in injuries to three jawans, a CRPF spokesman said.
The injured were hospitalised and their condition was stated to be stable, he said.
No militant outfit has so far claimed responsibility for the attack which comes less than 12 hours ahead of polling for Baramulla Lok Sabha constituency. (AGENCIES)
