Udhampur Attack: Naved to be produced before Court for statement today

JAMMU: Pakistani terrorist arrested alive in Udhampur attack case Mohammad Naved Yakub will be produced before the Court here this afternoon.
“Naved was earlier produced early morning but will again be produced before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court in the afternoon for recording his confessional statement under Section 164 of the CrPC,” Court sources here said.

Two BSF personnel were martyred and a militant was killed while Naved was arrested alive by the villagers after he was escaping from the spot during an attack on BSF convoy on August 5 near Narsu Nullah in Village Samroli of Udhampur district on the Jammu-Srinagar national highway. (AGENCIES)
