JAMMU, Nov 1: The Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA) has announced its U-16 men’s squad for the prestigious Balramji Das Tandon Memorial Cricket Tournament, starting today in Chandigarh.
The 15-member team, selected by the Junior Men’s Selection Committee led by Arun Sharma, reflects JKCA’s focus on nurturing young cricketing talent. The squad will depart for Chandigarh on November 2, with their opening league match against Punjab Cricket Association on November 4, followed by fixtures against Tripura on November 7 and Uttarakhand on November 10.
The selected players are Karman Singh, Arsalan Nayak, Haadi Amin, Smagey Khajuria, Adnan Manzoor, Swaransh Dogra, Jaskaran Singh, Aksh Sharma, Hammad Firdous, Sanil Singh, Athrav Sharma, Rajveer Manhas, Tariq Nabi, Harinder Singh and Rigav Anand.
The team will be guided by Head Coach Sumeer Khajuria, Fielding Coach Muzaffar Mattoo, Trainer Amit Bargotra and Physiotherapist Karan Nayyar.
