JAMMU, Dec 10: A sweater distribution programme organized by the Tawi Welfare Society (TWS) was held here today.
On the occasion, 200 cozy sweaters were donated to underprivileged students from five Government Schools included primary School Suray Chak, Central School Kirpal Pur, primary School Ram Bagh and primary School Ganeshu Chak.
Gagandeep Singh graced the event as chief guest.
He appreciated the Society’s arrangements and assured full support for future initiatives.
Nand Kishor, senior member of TWS welcomed the guest and thanked him for sparing his valuable time for the program.
He also thanked Zuber Noor, Zonal Education Officer, Satwari and staff of Schools for their cooperation in making the program a grand success.
