REASI, June 19: Arnas Police seized two tippers for illegal mining.
As per police sources, a team from Arnas Police Station raided various locations of river side and caught red handed two tippers belonging to Pardeep Singh, son of Tirath Ram of Bareli, Hunder and Ajay Dev Singh, son of Karnail Singh of Thanpal during illegal mining.
Some tippers and dumpers fled away from the spot.
SHO Arnas informed DMO Reasi about the incident who came on the spot and seized the vehicles loaded with illegal sand and fined the culprits with heavy amount.
The whole operation was conducted by SHO Arnas Inspector Rajesh Gautam under the supervision of SDPO Arnas Dr Satish Bhardwaj, Additional SP Reasi Surjeet Bhagat and SSP Reasi Rashmi Wazir.
