JAMMU, Feb 9: Police tonight detained two suspects from a Kulgam bound vehicle at Nashri under the jurisdiction of Chanderkot police station in Ramban district.
Sources said Chanderkot police intercepted the vehicle No. JK02CF 0168 at Nashri tunnel on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway tonight and detained three persons.
However, one of them, who happened to be a senior Education officer, was allowed to go while two others were handed over to SOG Jammu on whose tip off they had been detained.
Sources said the suspects have been detained for questioning and their arrest or release depends on investigations.
