Two PW (R&B) engineers promoted, several others adjusted/transferred

JAMMU, Sept 15: Government of Jammu and Kashmir has promoted two engineers and adjusted/transferred several others in Public Works (R&B) Department.
According to the Order, Incharge (I/c) Assistant Executive Engineers (Civil) Zahoor Ahmad and Gulzar Ahmad Mir have been placed as I/c Executive Engineers (Civil), in their own pay and grade, for a period of six months or till the available vacancies are filled up on regular basis, whichever is earlier.
Consequently, Zahoor Ahmad (presently posted as TO to SE (R&B) Circle Poonch) has been transferred and posted in R&B Division Uri while Gulzar Ahmad Mir (awaiting orders of adjustment) has been adjusted in R&B Division Langate.
Further, several I/c AEEs (Civil), who were awaiting orders of adjustment in the office of Engineer-in-Chief, have been adjusted with immediate effect. Muzafar Koul (RRCR), Qazi Amir (awaiting orders), Mohd Iqbal Lone (SIDCO) and Rayees Nabi Naqshbandi (R&B Division Chadoora) have been adjusted in DIQC, Javaid Ahmad Banday (R&B Division Ganderbal) and Anjum Shafi Wani (CD-I Srinagar) have been adjusted in Sports Council J&K, M Hussain (CD-I Srinagar) adjusted in PMGSY Division Bandipora, Qaiser Farooq (PCD-I Srinagar) in PMGSY Division Ramban, Showkat Ahmad Itoo (Floriculture, Kashmir) in PMGSY Division Mahore and Mohd Saleem (Sports Council, K&K) in PMGSY Division Billawar.
Besides, Sabiya Laaker (Land Scape Division) has been adjusted in SE R&B Circle Baramulla, Adleen Manzoor (RRCR) adjusted in CE R&B North, Reyaz Ahmad Khan (SKIMS JVC) in SD Manzgam (DH Pora Division), Syed Irfan Qadri (Truck Terminal Division Srinagar) in R&B Sub Division Langate, Zubair Ahmad War (R&B Division Ganderbal) placed at the disposal of RDD, Nissar Ahmad III (MRP Shopian) adjusted in R&B Sub Division Budhal New while services of Javaid Ahmad (SMGRA), Ravi Kumar (awaiting orders) and Sikander Hussain (PMGSY Poonch) have been placed at the disposal of Home Department, H&UDD and I&C Department, respectively.
Moreover, transfers and postings of a few I/c AEs and I/c JEs were also ordered. Ishtiaq Ahmad (R&B Division Budgam) and Syed Ahmad Gurcoo (awaiting orders of adjustment) have been transferred and posted in Sports Council J&K while services of Farooq Ahmad Zargar (Sports Council J&K) and Adil Haqani (Sports Council J&K) have been placed at the disposal of Chief Engineer, PW(R&B), Kashmir.
Further, Zameer Hussain (I/c AEE, Mendhar) has been given additional charge of PMGSY Sub Division Poonch.
