JAMMU, July 3: Domana police arrested two drug peddlers and recovered large quantity of intoxicant capsules and tablets and cash.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Police Station Domana led by ASI Sat Pal under the supervision of SHO Domana Inspector Chanchal Singh laid a naka near Floura and intercepted a Swift car bearing registration number JK02CG-5222.
During checking, police team recovered 8160 intoxicative capsules, 3000 tablets and Rs 76000 cash and arrested two persons, who have been identified as Rakesh Kumar and Beer Bhan, both residents of Ghari, Domana.
A case under FIR Number 271/19 under section 8/21/22/25/27-A/29 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Domana and investigation initiated.
