Leh, Nov 4: The Administration of the Union Territory of Ladakh has deputed two engineers from the Public Works (R&B) Department to attend the 84th Annual Session of the Indian Roads Congress (IRC) scheduled to be held at Janata Maidan, Bhubaneshwar (Odisha) from November 7 to 10, 2025.
