JAMMU, May 8: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered the transfer and posting of two Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) officers in the interest of the administration.

As per an order, Khalid Jehangir, Secretary in the Industries and Commerce Department, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Food and Drug Administration, J&K, against an available vacancy.
Similarly, Soheel Noor Shah, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Special Secretary in the Chief Minister’s Public Services and Outreach Office, Raabita.
