DODA, Dec 2: A car skidded off the road and fell into a gorge near Suie Gowari on Batote-Kishtwar highway here today leaving the two persons onboard injured.
The ill-fated car was of Alto make bearing registration number JK06B 4311.
After getting information about the accident cops from the nearest Police Station swung into action and started rescue operation with the help of locals and shifted the injured persons to GMC Doda for treatment.
The injured were identified as Ayaz Ahmed, son of Mohd Yasoof, resident of Gool and Farooq Ahmed, son of Ab. Majeed, resident of Ramban.
A case in this regard has been registered at Police Station Doda and investigation started.
