JAMMU, Apr 3: Two gamblers were arrested along with Rs 2,200 stake money and playing cards from bus-stand.
A police spokesman said that, during routine checking, police team from Bus-stand police station led by SHO Jatinder Singh Sambyal arrested two gamblers, who have been identified as Mohammad Sultan, son of Abdul Razak of Bhatindi and Surinder Kumar, son of Gian Chand of Sainik Colony.
Stake money of Rs 2, 200 was recovered along with playing card from the spot, he added.
A case under Gambling Act has been registered at Bus-stand Police Station and investigation started.
