Two bovines rescued, one held

JAMMU, Jan 5: Police rescued two bovine animals and arrested a person from Hasal Chack area, falling under the jurisdiction of Bishnah police station.
As per police sources, on reliable information, a team from Bishnah police station laid a naka at Hasal Chack and intercepted a without registration number Mahindra Balero vehicle.
During checking, police rescued two bovine animals and arrested the driver, who has been identified as Murad Ali, son of Tej Ali of Sarore.
A case under FIR Number 5/16 under Section 188 RPC and 3 PCA Act has been registered at police station Bishnah and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Bishnah police station Inspector Kulbir Singh Choudhary made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Harjeet Singh, SP Headquarters Jammu RC Kotwal and SSP Jammu Uttam  Chand.
