BASHOLI, Dec 27: Devinder Nath, barber by profession has been arrested on charges of attempt to rape on a minor girl by Basholi Police, today.
According to police, a minor girl was forced her entry into his shop by Devinder Nath while she was crossing the barber shop in Basholi. She flew from the shop and informed the police. Meanwhile, the police has registered the case under the Section 376/511 CrPC at Basholi Police Station.
Meanwhile, Arun Kumar R/o Binid Raipur has been attested on the charges on rape. According to police, a lady was on way to her father home was intersected and rape her. Arun Kumar was arrested by under Section 376 at Billawar Police Station.
