JAMMU, Feb 10: Nowabad and Talab Tillo Police jointly arrested two absconders including a lady, who were evading their arrest since long.
As per police sources, on reliable information, a team from Police Station Nowabad led by SHO Inspector Rajesh Khajuria and assisted by Incharge Police Post Talab Tillo PSI Rajesh Kumar and PSO Amrik Singh conducted raids and apprehended two absconders including a lady, who were at large since long.
The arrested persons were identified as Manjeet Singh, son of Kartar Singh of Krimchi Mansar District Udhampur and Santosh Labroo, wife of Shiv Kumar of Durga Nagar District Jammu.
They were wanted in various cases registered with Police Station Nowabad.
It is pertinent to mention that warrants were issued against accused namely Manjeet Singh by City Judge, Judicial Magistrate Ist Class Jammu and Santosh Labroo by Forest Magistrate under relevant sections of law.
Further investigation into the cases registered against the arrested absconders is going on.
