KATHUA, Apr 18: The police seized a truck loaded with CAPD wheat at Shiva Flour mill at Kalibari late this evening.
A police officer said that acting on a specific information, a Kathua police party raided the mill and seized the truck No. PB06A/2464. Nine ton wheat had been loaded in the truck which belonged to CAPD Department. The stuff was being sold to the mill. Some of the gunny bags had been off loaded by the labourers.
While driver of the truck managed to escape, the mill manager was detained and placed under questioning. The police said that investigation has been started into the matter.
