JAMMU: In the interest of administration, the following transfers and postings are hereby ordered with immediate effect:
1. Mr. Showkat Ahmed Zargar, KAS, Director, Horticulture, Planning and Marketing, J&K, is transferred and posted as Director, Industries and Commerce, Jammu, vice Dr. Abdul Rashid.
2. Mr. Rajinder Krishan Varma, KAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Department of Tourism and Culture, is transferred and posted as Director, Tourism, Jammu, vice Mr. Soujanya Kumar Sharma.
3. Dr. Abdul Rashid, KAS, Director, Industries and Commerce, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Project Director, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, relieving Mr. Shamim Ahmad Laherwal, Project Director, Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan, of the additional charge of the post.
4. Mr. Rafiq Ahmad Hakim, KAS, Director, Panchayati Raj and ex-officio Special Secretary to the Government, Department of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, is transferred and posted as Director, Horticulture, Planning and Marketing, J&K, vice Mr. Showkat Ahmed Zargar.
5. Mr. Soujanya Kumar Sharma, KAS, Director, Tourism, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Director,
Information, J&K, vice Mr. Mukhtar-ul-Aziz.
6. Mr. Mukhtar-ul-Aziz, KAS, Director, Information, J&K, is transferred and posted as Director, Panchayati Raj and ex-officio Special Secretary to the Government, Department of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, vice Mr. Rafiq Ahmad Hakim.
7. Mr. Masrat-ul-Islam, KAS, OSD with the Hon’ble Minister of State for Industries and Commerce, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Information Department.
8. Mr. Mohammad Shafiq Chak, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Pulwama, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Tourism Department.
9. Mr. Laiq Parvez, KAS, Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Ganderbal, is transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Pulwama, vice Mr. Mohammad Shafiq Chak. Mr. Shahbaz Ahmad Mirza, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Ganderbal, shall hold the charge of the post of Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Ganderbal, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
