JAMMU, Aug 22: Five-day advance refresher training of ICTC Counselors (Integrated Counseling & Testing Centre) across the State, concluded today in the Jammu University.
During the training, 10 sessions were held in which resource persons gave in depth knowledge especially on micro counseling skills to the counselors of J&K on various topics in context to handling HIV patients with tender care and compassion.
The valedictory function was graced by Prof Posh Charak, Dean Research, JU and Dr Danish Khan, Deputy Director J&K State AIDS Control Society (JKSACS).
The valedictory function was attended by the officials of JKSACS and faculty of PG department of Psychology University of Jammu.
