Training for Data Centre Management & CAS Customization concludes at SKPA

UDHAMPUR, Nov 27: Eight weeks training for Data Centre Management and CAS Customization (CCTNS), being organized by Crime Branch J&K through CDAC Kerala, culminated today at S K Police Academy Udhampur.
M K Sinha, IGP Crime J&K, was the chief guest on the occasion. In his valedictory address, he said that, the course was designed as a tool for capacity building of the police officers on Data Centre Management and CAS Customization (CCTNS).
There was wide range of discussions, deliberations and demonstrations on the areas covering the topics, CAS Customization and Data Centre Management, he added.
Further, in his address, he stressed upon the learning of software customization and network designs for its optimum utilization in CCTNS and other cyber crime related tools. He also expressed his vision of building J&K Police expert in Information Technology and Cyber forensics. Sinha also lauded and appreciated the logistic support by the Police Academy Udhampur for the said course.
The valedictory function was attended by SSP Mohan Lal, Asstt Director (Outdoor/Indoor); SSP Vinay Kumar, Asstt. Director (Administration); Ashish Rathore, CPO, CLI; Sunil Kumar, Sr PO and Ajay Dogra, Sr PO.
