SAMBA, Oct 14: JK Against Corruption in collaboration with Traffic Police and Maheshwar Helping Group organized traffic rules awareness programme at Government Primary School Mandi Sangwali, here.
In the programme, students from 4 schools including the host school, Government Girls Middle School Garh Mandi, Government Middle School Kheri Mandi and Government Middle School Boys Garh Mandi participated.
On the occasion, DySP Traffic Madhu Bandral, was the chief guest, while Chairman JK Against Corruption Vikram Singh Bhadwal, President, Maheswar Helping Group, Mukesh Sharma, teachers of all schools namely Anjali Chib, Dr Monika Sambyal, Rupali Slathia, Sunaniya Sambyal, Chanchlo Devi, Harshdev, Sahresta Sambyal, Simar Singh and Dinesh Singh were also present.
Madhu Bandral asked the students to play a major role in obeying traffic rules by forcing their relatives to wear helmet, don’t use mobile phones while driving, always wear seatbelts, avoid rash driving and don’t use alcohal while driving.
JK Against Corruption Samba Unit adopted Government Primary School Sangwali Mandi and assured to provide every necessary equipment in the school.
“We will try to make Government Primary School Mandi Sangwali as a modern school and will invite everybody to come and help us in moving forward in our mission of promoting education system in Government Schools by providing them best infrastructure”, he added.
