Trade worth Rs 1.5 cr at LoC point

JAMMU, Apr 23: Goods worth over Rs 1.5 crore were traded at Chakkan-da-Bagh LoC point in district Poonch today.
An official spokesman said that total 25 trucks loaded with bananas, pomegranates, mangoes and onions, worth over Rs 57.80 lakh were sent to PoK by the traders from this side.  Goods including almonds, dry dates, apples and potatoes worth Rs 1.5 crore loaded in 14 trucks arrived here from PoK.  Mohd Afzal was the TFO from Pakistan side while Paramjit Singh from the Indian side to facilitate the trade.
