JAMMU, Feb 20: TR Gupta Public Charitable Trust, as per the decision taken in its earlier meeting, today distributed winter clothes to 500 students of Sarvodya School running under the aegis of Vasudeva Kutumbhakam Welfare Society—a national level organization imparting free education and providing books, uniforms and other needful items free of cost to the poor children.
T.R Gupta- chairman of the Trust along with other Trustees—M.M Gupta, Session Judge (Retired); Dr. Ashok Gupta, Professor and Head Paediatrics GMC (Retired); K.K Langer and Yash Pal Gupta distributed the clothes to the needy students.
B.B Gupta, Treasurer of the Society; Yogita Bakshi, Coordinator cum Principal of the School; Rakesh Kumar, Computer Instructor and Sushma, Teacher of School were also present on the occasion.
Prof. Ved Ghai, Vice Chairperson of the Society telephonically conveyed her thanks and gratitude to the Chairman and the Members of the Trust for their act of benevolence.
