JAMMU, Aug 29: Trikuta Nagar Welfare Society (TNWS) here today organized a meeting under the chairmanship Rajinder Parshad Kakkar, TNWS president.
Society members discussed development of overall Trikuta Nagar colony and observed that street light system maintenance by JMC Jammu in their area has been completely failed and the portal meant for complaints also do not respond properly.
They said that the old electric poles have become a problem for the residents of Trikuta Nagar.
“Now we the residents of Trikuta Nagar demand that the Jammu Smart City agency should take over Trikuta Nagar colony to develop it to make it a role model for other colonies of the city,” the Society members maintained.
Ashok Kumar Arora, Varinder Kumar Suri, S.N Kaul, Harshvardhan Gupta, O.P Sharma and Anil Sharma attended the meeting.
