JAMMU, Sept 14: Team Mask Force (TMF) Chairman, Vijay Sharma (Retd DC State Taxes) flayed the overcharging of Toll Tax through Fastag from public.
In a handout he said that equal amount of Toll is deducted through Fastag during return journey within 24 hrs both at Ban and Sarore Toll Plazas.
Sharma also said when someone questions the excess charging, those on duty attribute technicalities of Fastag as responsible for that and if some hue and cry is raised then the issue is referred to the seniors.
He informed that the SMS received from Fastag of the amount deducted from one’s account in the form of alerts in the mobile.
