JAMMU, Aug 17: Jhajjar Kotli Police seized a tipper, which was found involved in illegal mining.
As per official sources, a team from Police Station Jhajjar Kotli led by SHO Inspector Vikram Sharma under the supervision of SDPO Nagrota Pardeep Kumar seized a tipper bearing registration number JK14C-6259, which was found involved in illegal mining and transporting construction material (sand).
DMO Jammu was also intimated about the same.
The mining was being done in violation of order of High Court of J&K.
In order to strictly implement the drive against illegal mining and to tighten noose against the violators of the law, Jammu Police has initiated strict action.
