BARAMULLA: Security forces on Friday recovered three live hand grenades in Sopore, where militants recently opened fire, in which a Special Police Officer (SPO) and a civilian were killed and a policeman was injured, official sources said.
They said on a tip-off, security forces conducted searches in an orchard at Krankshivan, Sopore, and recovered three hand grenades. No one was arrested. Police has registered a case and started investigation, they added. (AGENCIES)
