JAMMU, June 18: Three persons were injured today in two separate road mishaps in city outskirts.
According to a police spokesman, two youths identified as Mukesh (23) son of Sham Lal and Lokesh (22) son of Ashok Kumar, both residents of RS Pura, were injured when the bike on which they were travelling, was hit by a tipper at Kulliyan, this evening.
Another mishap occurred this evening at Roop Nagar near Petrol Pump, where a bike borne youth was hit and injured by an unknown vehicle. The injured was identified as Shiva Koul (29) son of SK Koul, resident of Police Colony, Swarn Vihar.
The injured persons in both the accidents were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for treatment. In both cases, the concerned police had taken cognizance of the matter.
