JAMMU, July 4: Three persons were injured today in separate road mishaps in city and its outskirts.
According to a police spokesperson, a Fortune car bearing registration number JK02AT-0005 this morning hit a bike at Channi area and injured its occupant namely Hardayal Rana (35) son of Charan Dass, a resident of Channi. The injured was rushed to Government hospital Gandhi Nagar but later referred to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu.
A man namely Janak Raj (55) son of Rasila Ram, a resident of Bishnah, also received injuries when the bike he was riding on got slipped near Satwari Airport. He was immediately shifted to Gandhi Nagar hospital from where later he was referred to GMCH Jammu.
In another incident, a pedestrian identified as Namdhar (70) son of Mamdhar, a resident of Reasi, was hit and injured by an unknown vehicle at BC Road here near Bus Stand. He was also shifted to GMCH for treatment.
In all three cases, the concerned police have taken cognizance.
