JAMMU, Aug 26: Bishnah police today rescued three bovine animals and arrested one person.
A police spokesman said that, on specific inputs, police party from Bishnah Police Station led by Narinder Singh laid a naka at Sarore and intercepted Mahindra vehicle bearing registration number JK02W-2162.
During search, police recovered three bovine animals and arrested driver of the vehicle, who has been identified as Ratish Kumar, son of Janak Raj of Phinder.
A case under FIR number 110/13 under Section 188 RPC, 3 PC Act has been registered and investigation started.
