JAMMU, Jan 3: Mohammad Maqbool Thokar, Section Officer in the Directorate of Economics and Statistics, has been promoted on stop-gap arrangement and placed as Incharge Administrative Officer in the Directorate of Fire and Emergency Services on ex-cadre basis.
A formal order in this regard was issued today by the GAD.
