JAMMU, June 17: Thieves struck in the house of a MES employee at village Thathi in Gharota and decamped with 10 tolas gold and Rs 60,000 cash.
As per police sources, thieves struck in the house of MES employee namely Krishan Lal Sharma at village Thathi in Gharota and decamped with 10 tolas gold and Rs 60,000 cash.
The thieves struck in the house, when the family members were not present at home.
After noticing the theft, the family members reported the matter to police station Gharota.
Accordingly, a case under relevant Sections has been registered at Gharota police station and manhunt has been launched to nab the thieves.
However, no arrest was made till late night.
