JAMMU, Apr 18: A thief was caught on camera while stealing the spare parts of a power transformer in Gandhi Nagar area here.
According to locals, this was not his first attempt.
“He has conducted similar thefts in other areas of the locality,” they said.
Police have taken cognisance of the matter and started investigation into the matter.
