JAMMU, May 9: Pacca Danga Police arrested a thief and recovered stolen motorcycle from his possession.
As per police sources, on May 7 this year a motorcycle bearing registration number JK02AU-0879 was stolen by unidentified thieves and accordingly a case under FIR Number 51/2022 under Section 379 IPC was registered at Police Station Pacca Danga and investigation started.
During the course of investigation, a team from Police Station Pacca Danga led by SHO Inspector Raghubir Singh was constituted under the supervision of SDPO City Sharad Kalu and SP City Kulbir Handa.
The team did strenuous efforts and arrested the thief along with stolen motorcycle.
The arrested person was identified as Shubam Dogra, son of Sham Lal, a resident of Pacci Dakki District Jammu.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
