Theft case worked out

SAMBA, Sept 14: Samba Police has worked out a theft case registered at Police Station (PS) Ramgarh with the arrest of two accused and recovered stolen bike.
Police said on September 9 a written complaint was lodged at PS Ramgarh by one Narinder Sharma, son of Darshan Paul of Rara tehsil Ramgarh, district Samba regarding theft of his scooty bearing Registration Number, JK21D-4988 which he had parked near the village Rara, Ramgarh.
A case FIR No. 81/2022 U/S 379/IPC was registered at PS Ramgarh in this regard and investigation started.
During the course of investigation, a police team of PS Ramgarh headed by SHO Ramgarh, Inspector, Asha Nand under the supervision of SDPO Vijaypur, Priyanka Kumari had rounded up several suspects for preliminary enquiry and finally succeeded in the arrest of two accused persons. The accused persons have been identified as Atul Choudhary @ Ravi, son of Mohan Lal of Trindian Camp tehsil Ramgarh district Samba and Murad Ali son of Teg Ali of Sarore tehsil Bari Brahmana, district Samba.
Further, on their disclosure, stolen scooty was also recovered from their possession. The investigation of the case is going on.
