SRINAGAR: Terrorists attacked a police vehicle on the Srinagar-Jammu national highway at Qazigund in south Kashmir district of Anantnag on Friday afternoon.
Official sources said that the terrorists fired at a police vehicle at Bonigam in Qazigund on Friday afternoon.
However, they said no one was injured in the attack. Security forces have been rushed and a search operation has been launched in the area to nab the terrorists.
The attack comes a day after a Special Police Office (SPO) of J&K police, Ranvir Singh, was injured after being shot at by unidentified terrorists near Deputy Commissioner (DC) office Anantnag. (AGENCIES)
