NOTIFICATION
Whereas, vide Government Order No. 42-Cul of 2018 dated 07.12.2018, final Seniority list of Gazetted Officers of Directorate of Archives, Archaeology & Museums, was issued;
Whereas, vide Government Order No. 19-JK(Cul) of 2021 dated 28.04.2021, as it stood on 01-01-2021,tentative Seniority list of Gazetted Officers of Directorate of Archives, Archaeology & Museums, was issued for seeking objections from concerned officers.
Whereas, final seniority list was not been issued as the matter was sub-judice before the CAT, in O.A./815/2022 (Jammu) titled Dr Sangeeta Sharma (Assistant Director, Archives, Archaeology & Museums,Jammu) Vs Culture. The Hon’ble Tribunal, vide order dated 29.08.2022, directed that any decision with regard to determination of seniority, particularly the inter-sc seniority between the applicant and Respondent No. 5, shall not be finalized and, if already determined, the same shall be kept in abeyance.
