Tenders for construction of multi-level parking at Panjtirthi yet to be floated

JAMMU, Jan 19: Deputy Chief Minister, Dr Nirmal Singh today said that tenders for construction of multi-level parking at Panjtirthi have yet not been floated.
Responding to the question of Aijaz Ahmed Khan in the Legislative Assembly, the Deputy Chief Minister, who is also Minister Incharge Housing and Urban Development Department, said that the process of floating the tenders for parking was in progress by way of preparation of bill of quantities.
Stating that parking complex will be constructed under AMRUT Scheme, he said that parking complex will have capacity for 240 cars with provision of lifts and ramp etc. “The Detailed Project Report has already been approved by the State Level High Power Steering Committee (SLHPSC)”, he added.
