RAMBAN, Nov 20: A teenaged girl died as mud caved in near her residence in Dachan Gool area of the district, here this evening.
As per police sources, a girl identified as Shahnaza Banoo (18), daughter of Abdul Ghani Najar of Dachan Gool died as mud caved in. She had gone to collect mud for domestic use, when the incident took place.
The body of the girl was retrieved and shifted to Gool Hospital, where after completing legal formalities it was handed over to family members for last rites.
Police has also taken cognizance in this regard.
