JAMMU, June 25: The Technocrats of IECS Polytechnic have designed a unique technology—‘New Acro Car’.
The three seater car has been made with 40sq mm pipe, 25×3 mm flat angle. The chasis is made so strong that it can easily bear the load of 250 kg approximately. The unique thing about the car is that its maximum parts have been fabricated by the team itself.
The car has been designed by 6th semester students of Mechanical Engineering department under the guidance of HOD, HN Bhat and fabricated under the group leadership of yatin Nargotra. The other members of the group are Rahul Kaul, Anmol Sharma, Ashish Sharma, Wajid Hussain, Sheetal Singh and Sohit Sharma.
Talking about the project, Yatin Nargotra said that car fabrication took 20days during which team members shared their ideas related the car.
