Teachers Forum condemns cane charge on Rehbar-e-Taleem

JAMMU, Feb 6: J&K Teachers Forum has condemned the police cane charging on Rehbar-e-Taleem and described it as intolerable at Press Club, Jammu.
In an emergent session held under the chairmanship of AB Qayoom Wani and other senior leaders of the forum present described  that delay in justified issues is against injustice,  and they fully support their struggle.   They criticized the Government for delaying the issues of ReTs and other issues. To suppress this voice by dent of state power and police shall have series repercussions of which the whole responsibility shall lie on Government.
Adding further they said the Government complicating the issues instead of resolving them, where as the ReTs and EVS revolutionized the educational scenario of the State despite very meager salary.
The EJAC president and chairman Teachers Forum , A B Qayoom Wani cautioned the Government that confirmations orders to EVS and inclusion of five years service in favour of ReTs be done very soon decides transfer policy in their favour, otherwise the protest shall be widened.
The session was attended among others  by Ganesh Khajuria, G M Hambard, G R Bhat, Rajinder Gupta, Satish Dutta, Darshan Kumar, Mohd  Rafiq, Mohd Iqbal Beigh, Tariq Ahmad Loan, Tofani Singh, Gh Nabi Sofi, Dharminder and others.
