JAMMU, Nov 2: A deputation of Tax Bar Association (TBA) here today led by its President, Sunil Sharma met Divisional Commissioner Jammu, Sanjeev Verma and submitted him a memorandum against GSTIN network and glitches.
The deputation apprised Verma of the difficulties faced by the dealers and business community and said that GSTIN Network server most of the times remains slow.
The deputation members also said that due to all this, adherence to legal and technical aspects of GST law has become difficult.
“This results in complications, late fees and other violations of law. Small and Medium Enterprises and tax payers do not find the system user friendly,” the deputation maintained.
The Divisional Commissioner assured to forward the memorandum to Chairman GST Council.
